Sheboygan County United Soccer Club is the volunteer organization serving area "select" youth soccer players. SCU organizes team tryouts and recruits volunteer coaches and team managers for ages U-11 through U-18.

These teams provide youth soccer players the best opportunity to play at the "select" level, as well as grow and develop as an individual and team player.

We emphasize the fundamentals of skill development and personal improvement. Teamwork and commitment to the team concept are major objectives.

"Select" soccer is a team of players that have been selected on the basis of performance at tryouts. It is then determined which players are chosen for each team. These players may not necessarily be the best players, but are individuals who compliment the other players and make up the best team

This selection process, using organized tryouts, takes place in early June, bringing current and new players into the same process.

SCU values and promotes continuing education about soccer, competitive play, leadership skills, good sportsmanship and 'love of the game' for players, coaches and parents.
